As a holistic health coach, I offer private sessions in person or via video or phone call to individuals that want to improve thier health and well-being. I help guide my clients through diet, lifestyle, behavioral, and mindset shifts that empower them to take control of their health and address their health concerns at the root level. My recommendations and guidance are customized to my client’s individual health needs and what works best for them personally.

My Approach:

I believe that the state of our health is an overall accumulation of the different energies our body is receiving, whether it’s from nutrition, movement, biology, mindset, relationships, or other environmental factors. My goal with clients is to help them create their own health and happiness by using a holistic approach to address all these factors and improve the energy of their overall being. Improving their overall energy also allows their body to harmonize any imbalances and heal itself naturally. I spend time with my clients to gain an in-depth understanding of their current health concerns, and help them make simple but effective changes to improve their health. My sessions offer science-backed health information and tools for living a healthy lifestyle, along with personalized diet and lifestyle recommendations. Most importantly I provide my clients with the guidance, support, and accountability they need to make sustainable changes and achieve their health goals.

Mindset is where health begins because we need to be in the right mindset to make healthy choices. Mental health is intricately connected to and influenced by all other systems in the body as well as environmental factors, including immune system function, food allergies or sensitivities, weight gain or loss, blood-sugar imbalances, hormone imbalance, nutrient deficiency, gut health, skin health, sleep, movement, and more. I help my clients discover what areas of their life are impacting their mindset, make changes to enhance their mental wellbeing, and obtain a mindset that empowers them to take control of their health and happiness.

GUT HEALTH

Research shows that the integrity of our gut lining and the composition of our gut bacteria are key determining factors of overall health. The health of our digestive system has far reaching impacts on other aspects of health, like mood, energy, hormones, and metabolism.

It plays a major role in all aspects of health, including our hormones, weight, cognitive function, physical performance, mood, digestion, etc. I offer personalized guidance for clients to help heal and rebalance the HPA axis and restore their body’s natural energy system.

Addressing these factors with a holistic approach that uses diet and lifestyle changes including sleep, movement, diet, physical health, and mindfulness can help restore cognitive function, heal the body, and rewire the brain.
